Getting Motivated!

J.H. completed the "How to Get Motivated" Course.

"I started this course because it is a prerequisite to the course I really want to do. I went in thinking that I already knew all the data and that I really don't have a problem with motivation.

It turns out I am pretty well motivated but this course included great stable information about handling problems that I had not studied before and boy, was that fun!!

Now I am much better prepared to tackle not only the things I want to do but also the things I'm not so thrilled about. Thank you to the mission and L. Ron Hubbard. It really is a life improvement course!

Applying Data Learned To Life

J.B. finished the History of Man/Technique 88 book and lectures course. He said this: "Great Stuff! It has even helped me in my spiritual counseling. The stuff I learned I have applied in life and really found some interesting things. Thanks to Mr. Hubbard for it all!"

Learning to Handle Pain in Life

C.W. finished the course for the book Dianetics: Evolution of a Science. She had these wins: "This course has cleared up so many questions I've had in the past regarding the workings of the mind. I discovered the causes of aberration and essentially, the cause of the downfall of people and society as a whole. Along with that, my eyes have been opened to the way in which these problems can be eradicated. With this course, I will be more aware of the causes of my pain in life, and how I can overcome it, and help overcome the pain of others. If used correctly, and spread to others, the knowledge contained in this course can basically help society survive, rather than be destroyed."

Knowing the Effects of Drugs

Z. M. completed the Drug Book Course. He had this to say about it: "The drug book was really helpful. I will never take drugs ever. Now I will have a good life from learning how bad drugs are. The drug book really helps. Now you should take it too."

A Better Understanding of Life

A. P. finished the Science of Survival book and lectures course. She had these wins with the course: "I have a better understanding of life and emotional levels and how to find where people are on the emotional scale. I feel much better about understanding and working with people."

Knowing What Is Important

J. M. completed the Fundamentals of Thought Book Course (and this completed all his Basic book courses!). He said "I thoroughly enjoyed Fundamentals of Thought. I came to the realization of importance's. The game of life can be won when one knows its Fundamentals!"

Cause Over the Mind and Able to Help Others

A.P. finished the book Dianetics. She had this to say: "This book was very helpful and applicable. I feel more informed and cause over my mind and I know I can help others with this knowledge I now have."

More Aware and More Able

TC completed Expanded Grade IV, which moves a person out of fixed conditions and gives them the ablity to do other things. Here is what she said about it: "Once again this grade seemed to be at a great gradient to face and go through! I thought it would be more intense than it was. I really keyed out when I found out what some of my service facsimiles [a consideration that one must be consistently in a certain state in order to survive] were and I feel more aware now - of myself and what I know and what is going on in my environment. I feel more able."

Excited About Life

T.M completed Life Repair auditing. This is auditing designed to bring a lot of brightness back into a person's life and help him or her to relieve past upsets in life so that the future is beautiful. Here is what he has to say about his experience: "I feel excited and enthusiastic about life, and that my life is on a good track. I feel that I understand life much better, and that I can handle different situations much better than before, so that I can keep it on track much better in the future."

No More Pain

A.J.M. completed a Dianetics assist auditing program. He says: "I have definitely had a HUGE win during the assist because before I couldn't do anything that involved my back for too long because it would start to hurt. But I feel because I have had this auditing program that pain in my back will not continue and I will be able to do Freshman Football."

Calmness and Less Worry About Others

T. T. finished the Factors lectures. Here is what he said about them: "I completed the Factors lectures. Probably knowing that there is no hidden influence gives me more of a calmness and less worry about what someone may say. I can have more certainty about my beingness and what I can postulate. Being able to change and control anchor points, change and control my space will go a long way towards my ability to create and produce in the future."

Using Communication to Survive Better in the Future

I.R. completed the Success Through Communications course. He had this to say about it: "After the rigid training with my teacher, I feel that I now can hear and recognize different types of communication in real life. It is now up to me to use the tool that she gave to me to fulfill my roles in life as a father, as a husband, as a great citizen and to continue communicating properly so that I do not become a criminal in this universe. Mr. Hubbard said not to communicate is a crime. Communication is the heart in life. Without communication, you are basically dead.

I would like to thank my teacher for the gift of communication because now my communication skills are beating like a heart. I will keep it that way to survive in my future endeavors."

The Route to Infinity

J.H. finished The Route to Infinity lecture series. She says: "I learned that raising ARC [Affinity, Reality and Communication: the components of understanding] and cause across my dynamics [the eight urges, drives or impulses of life] is a gradual rise and key to that is finding and getting off overts [harmful acts] against those dynamics. Otherwise one just refuses to rise for fear of doing more harm than good."

Ability to face the future

A.P. completed Expanded Grade Three! This auditing results in a person who is free from the upsets of the past with the ability to face the future. On Grade III processes one locates specific incidents where upsetting change occurred in life and addresses these so that they no longer adversely affect one. Some of the processes also enhance the ability of the individual to create positive change in himself or his environment. She says, "Grade III was awesome. I feel really good about being able to be okay with the past and to face the future confidently. I also know that I can cause changes for the good of myself and others. I feel comfortable with changes in my life."
